Robert is a graduate of McGill University in law (1975) and arts (1972), and from 1976 to 1981 practiced corporate and commercial law and was involved in private business. Robert has over 45 years of experience in real estate. He has successfully acquired, managed, sold and developed office, retail, industrial and residential properties, ranging in value from $2,000,000 to $40,000,000, on behalf of investors, clients, and partners

An experienced real estate appraiser, prior to commencing with Colterra Capital, Stanislava was the founder of her own appraisal firm. Her real estate knowledge has been honed through her years of analysis and appraisal of all types of commercial properties for both institutional and private equity clients.

Rachelle is a finance and administration professional with over a decade of experience in accounting, payroll, financial reporting, and operational support. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and is fluent in English, French, and Arabic. Her background spans multiple industries, where she developed a strong foundation in financial systems, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Liudmyla earned a master’s degree in “Management of Organizations and Auditing” in Ukraine.

She began her professional career in the banking sector as a manager working with legal entities, where she gained experience in financial analysis, lending, and corporate client support.

Nina has 10 years’ experience in analyzing financial reports. Prior to joining Colterra Capital she had been a customer services representative, a specialist and coordinator in the Treasury Department and then a risk manager in the biggest bank in Moldova. She also has experience as an accounting clerk responsible for accounts receivable in Montreal.
