Rachelle is a finance and administration professional with over a decade of experience in accounting, payroll, financial reporting, and operational support. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and is fluent in English, French, and Arabic. Her background spans multiple industries, where she developed a strong foundation in financial systems, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Rachelle joined Colterra Capital in 2019 and has served as the company’s Controller since 2021. In this role, she leads financial strategy and reporting and maintains key relationships with property managers and investors to ensure transparency and operational efficiency.
