Liudmyla Balan
Liudmyla earned a master’s degree in “Management of Organizations and Auditing” in Ukraine.
She began her professional career in the banking sector as a manager working with legal entities, where she gained experience in financial analysis, lending, and corporate client support.
Later, she expanded her skills in accounting, working in the settlement department of the Department of Education.
Liudmyla gained her primary professional experience in the financial department of the international group Prinzhorn Group – Prinzhorn Holding, where she was responsible for key aspects of financial control, reporting, and process optimization.
Since 2022, Liudmyla has been a member of the Colterra Capital team, where she actively participates in financial management, budgeting, and operational activities of the company.
